In July 2007, the LNJ Bhilwara Group acquired Benson Transcription Technologies Inc., a US transcription firm based in Arlington, WA. Benson Transcription has been providing quality transcription services to clients for over 15 years. The company has 50 US based transcriptionists with an average experience of 8 years. The acquisition of Benson Transcription will provide Bhilwara the advantage of having a strong front end to further tap into the fast-growing transcription business in the country.

In July 2007, the LNJ Bhilwara Group also acquired Global Meditrans, a Bangalore based 200-seater BPO with core services in the area of medical transcription. With this the overall headcount of Bhilwara Scribe in India doubled to 400 including the employees at its Bhopal center. This acquisition coupled with the organic growth has immensely strengthened the company's back office end to cater to the exponential growth prospects in the outsourcing industry with specialization in medical transcription services.
